Email support@iphemeris.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Purchases and restoration

Open MyStars, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

AI readings

AI-generated astrology readings can be incomplete or inaccurate. MyStars is intended for personal reflection and entertainment, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
