This Privacy Policy explains how MyStars (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the MyStars AI Astrologer mobile application and website.

Information you provide

MyStars may process names, birth dates, birth times, birth locations, relationship information, questions, and other content you choose to enter. This information is used to calculate astrology charts and provide the readings or conversations you request.

How the app uses information

Your chart and conversation information is stored on your device using Apple technologies. If you enable applicable Apple cloud features, Apple may synchronize related information through your Apple account. When you request an AI reading, the content needed to answer your request is sent securely to our service and its AI service providers.

Purchases and service records

Apple processes in-app purchases. We may receive transaction identifiers, entitlement status, and limited usage records needed to validate purchases, prevent abuse, restore access, and operate the service. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Location information

If you grant location permission, MyStars may use an approximate current location to provide location-based astrology features. Birth or destination locations you enter are used to calculate requested charts and analyses.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate MyStars, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer. Providers may include Apple and providers that host or generate AI responses.

Retention and deletion

Information stored locally can be removed by deleting content in the app or deleting the app. Certain service, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary. To request assistance with data deletion, contact support@iphemeris.com.

Children

MyStars is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the app evolves and will post the revised date on this page.
